Q: What should I bring to a pop-up event?
Your own yoga mat
Optional: weights or ankle weights, towel, and water bottle
Don’t worry if you forget something, mats and weights will be available for rent at each event! Just come ready to move, sweat, and have fun.

What about private events what do I need to prepare?
Private events are fully customizable! Once you’re booked, we’ll chat through the details to tailor everything to your group. We can bring all the equipment and setup for you, or you’re welcome to supply your own. Each event is unique from backyard celebrations to office wellness days and we’ll make sure everything fits your vibe perfectly.
